Your Career

You may find employment working with mechanical engineers and industrial designers in the field of product development in multiple industries.

Example Student Project

Human-Flow Power Generator (Students:Anthony Keeler, Moe Khalil, Hiran Perera) The team has designed a generator to facilitate the development of sustainable energy through human power. The generator would be installed on products such as revolving doors or turnstiles to capture the motion of humans in an ambient manner. The generator will be located at high traffic public infrastructure locations and captures energy from each person which multiplies and scales rapidly as a result of human flow. This will contribute enough energy to power local items such as lights, heaters, LED clocks and signage or transmit power to the grid.
