Program Description

Add to your existing education and get a Bachelor of Applied Technology Petroleum Engineering degree. This flexible program can accommodate students from a variety of educational backgrounds.

You can choose from two areas of specialization: upstream or downstream. You also get 800 hours of relevant paid work experience in the petroleum industry.

This program prepares you for career opportunities in the petroleum industry in such areas as oil and gas exploration, drilling, reservoir and production engineering, gas process engineering, oil and gas facilities design and operation, upgrading and refining operations and economic analyses.
